Colocation Data Center

Parsons was hired in 2013 to build this data center that has the unique feature of three entirely separate data halls each with separate infrastructure. The initial construction was for Data Hall One to be completely built out, Data Hall Two to have the underground infrastructure in place, and Data Hall Three was a shell space with a sacrificial concrete slab. The original project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

Since the initial construction project, Parsons was chosen to completely fit up both Data Halls Two and Three. In early 2017 Parsons began construction on Stream’s newest data center in MN.

This customer highly values speed to market and price competitiveness and Parsons has delivered on both.
