At Parsons, our employees are our number one asset.
Safety isn’t just a statistic – it’s our culture, and a necessity.

Parsons recognizes the fact that safety does not occur by chance, but rather is the result of careful attention from managers, supervisors, foremen, and employees from all levels of the company.

Journey to Zero

In 2019, Parsons continued on our Journey to Zero workplace injuries safety initiative. Parsons continues to create a culture where every one of us is responsible for communicating our expectations, providing the tools, information, and training, and holding employee’s accountable. Our project leadership teams are committed and take responsibility for the safety on their projects. We believe a successful safety culture reflects a shared attitude, beliefs, and values by all of our employees.
